About the Artist
Nathaniel is a student at CSULB working oh his BFA in drawing and painting as an undergraduate student. Nathaniel is a transfer student from a community college, he was a chemistry major in community college and decided to do what he likes most when he transferred to CSULB which is draw and paint.
Nathaniel’a gallery consisted of many paintings of all sorts. All his paints were very colorful and appealing to the eye. From the looks of each painting, it seems like he was inspired by many different things because all paintings were different I did not notice any similar paintings in this gallery, which is unique.
It was somewhat difficult to choose a specific painting to analyze, so I decided to talk a little about the whole gallery itself. Every painting in gallery had a realistic approach, which made me, as a viewer, feel as if I were there. The meaning of each painting depicts how some scenes in life were better before technology. Each paintings showed how moments in life use to be without technology.
As I walked through the gallery, I was amazed with every painting posted. Every painting looks so realistic that it makes it feel like if you’re there. These paintings made my imagination run wild as I was focused on what they meant. I have not seen art that portrays technology, but made much more sense after he explained what he was approaching.
